Dubai Duty Free’s UNLEASHED Season 3 all set for Dec. 15 at the Aviation Club

Touted as one of the company’s biggest productions of the year, UNLEASHED Season 3 features Dubai Duty Free’s biggest talent livewires across all terminals.

Envisioned as a lavish talent spectacle with grand musical productions, the show gathers together some of the most talented staff and also highlights some of the most significant moments in Dubai Duty Free.

In an interview with the training team who spearheaded this event, Joseph Calbay explains "First of all, this event is meant to celebrate our 28th anniversary. Secondly, we can call it a grand shindig as well, since December is the season of festivities.  Most importantly, we reaffirm our stature as the #1 Airport Retailer in the world. We owe this all to our staff that have long been waiting and clamoring for this.”

“We always try to think of something that we have not been able to do yet. That’s what makes UNLEASHED Season 3 exciting, More so now that we have invited some of the most brilliant & talented people in the shopfloor in the likes of Erwin Almendras, Mark Dronnel Paule, Jericho Padrigon, Demcie Matias, Melvin Galang, Evelyn Constantinopla, Emily Murunga, Keith Villanueva, Maria Nasyrova, Andrew Nino Ganzon, Cromwell Albarico, Queenie Atupan, Archie Enriquez, Xylee Borja, Jona Dine Ambrad,  Ramil Sanchez plus the support of our back office stars like Andrea Lorenzo, Jobelyn Talavera, Marvin Rebusada, Rhea Castanares & Joje Callanta.”

“For this season, we have come up with an idea to hold Extreme Makeover that unleashes our staffs’ creativity in redesigning what seems to be a common looking space into a fabulous room.

Treasure Hunt, on the other hand, promises to combine physical & mental prowess of our staff.

Twogether ( Duets) Category was designed to encourage & empower the interpersonal relationships between  generic staff and their Supervisors and/or Managers.

And then there is Mr. & Ms. Dubai Duty Free which promotes empowerment & inclusion that says ‘it is okay to be exactly the person they are.’”

And just what should the people expect from UNLEASHED Season 3?

"We will try to come up with another spectacular event.”. "In the past, our audiences are treated to a different level – fun, high-energy, visually-exciting, surprises, etc. This time, we will give the audience exactly what they’re expecting and even more surprises so please feel free to sing, scream, and dance with us. Remember, It’s your party, too!”.

You Are Beautiful!

A lot of people thought that UNLEASHED is all about perfection, winning, looking hot & being popular.
Well, we think it should be something different.

How many of you feel fat? How many of you feel like, maybe, you are not worthy very much? That you are ugly, you have too many pimples and not enough friends?

We all felt those things about ourselves at one time or another and it’s not right.

That is why for this season, we would like to promote empowerment, inclusion and that it is okay to be exactly the person you are.

So if you like what we have to say, come and sing this song with us.
